Meet the Founders

Dr. Atiku Mahmoud
Dr. Adamu Atiku

Two Brothers,
One Destiny

Two brothers, Dr. Adamu Atiku, the junior doctor and a skilled urologist, and his senior brother, Doctor Atiku Mahmoud, an experienced anesthetic doctor, were raised by the same loving parents with one shared dream

Life was not always easy for them, especially after they lost their beloved mother, but her memory became a source of strength that pushed them to work harder and never give up on their dreams.

Through years of dedication, sacrifice, education, and perseverance, the two brothers eventually achieved what they had always dreamed of—they became doctors and dedicated their lives to saving and improving the lives of others.

Together, they founded Destiny Hospital, a clinic built on compassion, professionalism, and quality healthcare, where countless patients have received excellent treatment and continue to share positive reviews about their experiences.

Today, Destiny Hospital stands as one of the best clinics in Kano State, carrying the legacy of two brothers who turned hardship into determination, dreams into reality, and their mother's memory into a lasting legacy of service and excellence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your clinic hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays, so we'd recommend calling ahead if you're planning to visit around a holiday.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead helps us keep wait times short and guarantees you a slot with your preferred doctor. You can call us directly to schedule a visit.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We work with most major health insurance providers. If you're not sure whether your plan is covered, give us a call before your visit and our front desk team will confirm it for you.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any previous medical records or referral letters relevant to your visit. Arriving 10 minutes early also helps with check-in.

Do you offer emergency care?

Yes, we reserve same-day slots for urgent cases. Call our clinic line as soon as you can so our team can prepare and get you seen quickly.

Where are you located, and how do I get there?

You can find our exact location and get turn-by-turn directions using the map in the "Here's Our Location" section above, or tap "Get Directions" to open it straight in Google Maps.
